Buffering / Freezing

Usually caused by Wi-Fi instability, overloaded device, or ISP filtering. Follow these steps in order.

Fix in 1–3 min Works on all devices

Do This First

  1. Restart your IPTV app.
  2. Restart router for 15 seconds, then plug it back in.
  3. Switch to 5GHz Wi-Fi if possible or move closer to the router.
  4. Try a different channel because some channels can be heavier than others.

Improve Streaming Quality

  1. Use Ethernet cable if possible, especially for TV box or Smart TV.
  2. Close background apps, especially on Android and Firestick.
  3. In your player, set Decoder = Hardware if available.
  4. Use reliable apps like IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, or VLC.
If buffering happens only on Wi-Fi but works on mobile data, there may be an ISP block. See the ISP Blocks section below or visit Report Issue.

Login Issues (Username / Password / URL)

Most login errors are caused by a wrong URL format, extra spaces, or the wrong login method.

Most common issue Easy fix

Correct Way to Enter Details

  1. Use Xtream Codes API when available.
  2. Copy and paste carefully — no spaces before or after username or password.
  3. Server URL must include http:// or https:// if the app requires it.
  4. If one app fails, try another app because different apps validate differently.

Common Error Messages

  • “Invalid details” → wrong user/pass or extra spaces.
  • “Could not connect” → wrong URL, ISP block, or network issue.
  • “Account expired” → subscription ended, contact support.
  • “Max connections reached” → too many devices connected at once.

EPG Not Showing (TV Guide)

EPG depends on your app settings, correct time zone, and proper login method such as Xtream Codes.

Guide / Schedule Fix in 1–2 min

Fast Fix Steps

  1. Make sure you are logged in with Xtream Codes API if available.
  2. In the app settings, use Update / Refresh EPG.
  3. Set your device time to Automatic.
  4. Wait 2–5 minutes for EPG to populate on first load.

If Still Not Working

  1. Clear app cache or reinstall the IPTV app.
  2. Try another app because some apps show EPG better than others.
  3. Some channels may not have full guide data for every region.
  4. Contact support so we can verify EPG sync for your device or app.
Tip: On Smart TVs, some apps show EPG only after you open a channel once.

ISP Blocks / Network Restrictions

If IPTV works on mobile data but not on home Wi-Fi, your ISP or router settings may be limiting streaming.

Very common Fix options

Quick Tests

  1. Try 4G/5G hotspot. If it works, ISP filtering is likely.
  2. Try a different IPTV app because apps use different streaming methods.
  3. Restart router and test again.

Fix Options

  1. Change DNS in your router or device to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8.
  2. Use a stable VPN if needed. Support can recommend suitable usage if required.
  3. Disable Safe Browsing or Parental Control in router settings if active.
  4. Contact support for the best solution for your country and ISP.
We do not recommend random free VPN apps because they are often slow and unstable. Use a trusted option only if required.
